Central Region MRD Hiring! Full Time Senior Purchasing Executive (Manufacturing) Johor Bahru in Johor, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

• To check or match all SLE & PR received, and issue PO, Invoice, Do, Incoming Note and etc.
• Assist in parts / materials sourcing for new project development.
• Responsible in vendor sourcing, selection and vendor performance evaluation.
• Responsible in supplier’s manufacturing process audit.
• Involve in Cost Down activities.
• Expedite the materials / parts according to the forecast and customer requirement.
• Responsible in Purchasing daily operation and buying process.
• To ensure all materials are in place.
• To maintain proper supplier management system complying to company QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service) requirements.
• To coordinate and resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with suppliers.
• To understand custom documentation and processes requirement for the overseas shipment arrangement.
• Supplier Identification & Evaluation, price negotiation. Cost analysis and benchmarking
• Supplier relationship management – risk & supply stability management.
• RFQ/RFI Management
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement(s):-

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse management or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): ERP/ Computer literate & proficient in MS Excel (Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantages)
• Willing to travel or outstation when required.
• Own transport

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• manufacturing purchasing/Inventory?warehousing : 5 years (Preferred)
