1. Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, plumbing, sewerage, refrigeration, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.

2. Responsible to execute and handling M&E and civil related task at site.

3. To prepare as built drawing (such as :single line drawing) for M&E

4. To coordinate with site supervisor/ manager to coordinate in-house team, and sub con team.

5. Prepare project schedule, plan and specifications by calculating time requirements.

6. Check and ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.

7. Control project expenditures.

8. Prepare project status reports and recommend actions daily.

9. Prompt reporting of any non-conformances to
Project Manager/ SO/ PIC of project.

10. Responsible for overseeing the project construction activities and site progress.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team player.
• Posses Chargeman AND PW4 License.
• Have hands on experience in site/project, M&E & civil work
• Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English (mandarin is added advantage)
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays (IF NECESSARY)
• Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.
• Able to work at Georgetown (prefer candidate within Penang)
• Able to outstation and stay at site for short or long term (site / project outside Penang Island)
• posses license B and D (GDL or E is advantage)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
