Responsibilities
Operational Matters
· Manage daily clinic flow including patient registration, preparation for operation, visual checking, making appointments, handling patients enquiry and dispensary
· Provide eye care consultation to patients, especially on pre and post operation care
· Provide consultation on the types of services and packages available
· Assist in managing insurance and/or GL cases
· Ability to use system for all patient related matters and ordering or purchasing of stocks and consumables
· Provide assistance to Consultant Surgeon in operation theatre and other treatment/surgical procedures
· Receiving and handling request from other centres
· Ensuring clinic is prepared in all aspects for CKAPS license renewal matters
· Liaise with HQ staff from each department to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
· Occasionally involved in marketing events such as road shows, health screenings, etc
Stock Management
· Ensuring clinic is not overstocked/understocked and to keep track on medication with expiry dates
· Assist in ensuring consumables are in stock and deal with suppliers
· Ensure stock check is done, managing stock variances and keeping it to bare minimum
· Handling stock for consignment lens to replace and ensuring no shortage of stocks
· Working closely with Central Purchase team on dealings with suppliers/vendors on pricing and deliveries
People Management
· People management-orientate, supervise and train new employees, leading and managing team members in all work-related matters
· Develop team strengths and improve the weaknesses of team members
· Assignment duties to staff and ensuring clinic can function and operate seamlessly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
