REQUIREMENTS

- Registered with the Nursing Board Malaysia

- Valid APC

- Knowledgeable and strong believer in quality improvement activities, OSH and Infection control standards

- Willingness to work after office hours/weekends/public holidays

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work on shift duties

- Receives the daily report of every patients

- Visited every patient in the unit together with the team members on taking over duties

- Determines nursing priorities and plans patient care according to staff availability

- Provides individualized holistic care to patients using the Nursing Process approach with proper nursing documentation in patients files and that is cotemporaneous

- Reports all abnormal findings and progress of patients to the relevant doctors / consultants

- Conducts regular nursing rounds on all patients in the ward to ascertain for other additional needs or to spend time with them or just to talk to them or give them company as an integrate part of providing emotional support.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
