Job Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Compare and analyze products, pricing, and services before purchasing decisions.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and purchasing records.
• Monitor supplier performance including delivery, quality, and service level.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Prepare cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement reports.
• Identify and develop suppliers for machining, stamping, die-casting, and surface treatment processes.
• Follow up supplier inquiries, sample development, and delivery schedules.
• Support purchasing activities and assist in resolving supplier material issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Perform supplier management and other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing / sourcing experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in machining, stamping, die-casting, surface treatment, or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes and cost analysis.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English to support business communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
