Requirements
Basic kitchen knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Basic personal hygiene & kitchen safety
Basic knife cutting skill
Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Able to follow standardized recipes and detailed instructions
Responsibilities
Commis Chef – Ombak, KLCC
Join our team as we open three exciting Japanese restaurant concepts at KLCC:
kotsu kotsu (Japanese Dessert)
Kyomo (Yakiniku)
Ayame (Ramen)
Assist in the preparation and cooking for daily MEP & operations.
Follow FIFO and proper temperature control for raw and cooked items.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing raw materials
Follow SOPs for cross-contamination prevention, especially between raw and cooked items
Comply with food safety policies
Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, pots, filters, and workstations
Assist with daily opening and closing kitchen procedures
Support stock count, basic inventory checks, and waste control
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors
