• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Able to follow standardized recipes and detailed instructions

Join our team as we open three exciting Japanese restaurant concepts at KLCC:

• kotsu kotsu (Japanese Dessert)

• Kyomo (Yakiniku)

• Ayame (Ramen)

• Assist in the preparation and cooking for daily MEP & operations.

• Follow FIFO and proper temperature control for raw and cooked items.

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing raw materials

• Follow SOPs for cross-contamination prevention, especially between raw and cooked items

• Comply with food safety policies

• Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, pots, filters, and workstations

• Assist with daily opening and closing kitchen procedures

• Support stock count, basic inventory checks, and waste control

• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors
