Requirements
Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative/secretary in a similar role.
Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this position as we need to liaise with clients from Mainland China.
Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
On job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Help to maintain a portfolio of clients in Singapore companies.
Prepare documents for company formation, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, change of signatories and etc.
Assisting in drafting and updating of corporate secretarial records.
Follow compliance and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with ACRA and auditor for statutory audit.
Other ad-hoc as assigned.
