Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, Sales Administration, or Administrative Support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Familiarity with customer-facing or coordination roles in a multilingual environment
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by handle walk-in customer enquiries and providing professional support.
Process customer orders accurately and update order records in the system.
Coordinate order fulfilment by preparing, verifying, and releasing products to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Perform stock picking and inventory verification for daily order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and operational reports.
Perform daily end-of-day closing, including cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and system updates.
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and payment follow-up.
Support general front office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist in company events and operational activities as required.
