Handlevehicle service appointments,walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
CoordinatewithService Advisors, Technicians, and theParts Departmentto ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
Keep customers updated on service progress, repair status, and expected completion times.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate customer records, service documents, and job orders.
Follow up with customers after vehicle servicing to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Promote value-added aftersales services, genuine parts, accessories, and maintenance packages where appropriate.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with company SOPs and quality standards.
Support daily aftersales operationsandassist with administrative duties as assigned.
Maintainaclean, organized, and welcoming customer reception area.
