Requirements
Diploma in Business.
Customer service background or experience is an added advantage.
Understanding of medical terminology and knowledge is essential to provide medical support in hospital.
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments is required.
Must be familiar with hospital background and setup.
Must be able to function in a team-oriented environment as well as independently deliver results.
Responsibilities
Guide patients through appointments, treatments and hospital processes.
Answer queries, provide information and offer translation if needed.
Handle feedback, resolve issues and escalate when required.
Coordinate with departments for smooth patient experience.
Support events or CSR activities and maintain reports or KPIs.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
