About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Gourmet Supplies Group's portfolio of brands, including Haus Brew, TropicFarmers, Killiney, KillineyGO, DreamRice, Elements and future business units.

The role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, managing digital communications, coordinating creative assets, supporting trade marketing activities and ensuring consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. The successful candidate should be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or F&B.

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage the day-to-day content calendar across all assigned brands.

  • Schedule and publish social media content.

  • Draft captions, newsletters and marketing copy.

  • Monitor community engagement and respond to enquiries where required.

  • Track monthly social media performance and prepare reports.

2. Design & Creative Coordination

  • Brief designers on artwork requirements.

  • Coordinate packaging artwork updates.

  • Review creative assets for accuracy before production.

  • Maintain the company's marketing asset library.

3. Marketing Campaign Execution & Retail Support

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal activations.

  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

  • Liaise with internal departments, agencies, designers and vendors.

4. Marketing Administration & Others

  • Organise marketing documents and campaign reports.

  • Other job task as per assigned
