Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a HR / Talent Acquisition will be added advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
As a HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure the necessary document to be filled before the interview session
Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist on HR administrative tasks and other adhoc tasks.
