Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in computer Printer sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

  • In-depth knowledge of a wide range of computer products, including specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively advise customers.

  • Skilled in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive and helpful shopping experience for all clients.

  • Proficiency in sales closing techniques to effectively finalize transactions and meet sales targets.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment within Low Yat Plaza, demonstrating punctuality and reliability for this full-time, onsite position.

  • Familiarity with the Malaysian market and customer base is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets within the computer hardware and software market.

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored technology solutions.

  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the technical features and benefits of our computer systems and peripherals.

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and proposals to close sales effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales customer experience, addressing any technical queries or issues.

  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge and provide expert advice.

  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and forecast future sales performance.
