Proven track record of success in computer Printer sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
In-depth knowledge of a wide range of computer products, including specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively advise customers.
Skilled in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive and helpful shopping experience for all clients.
Proficiency in sales closing techniques to effectively finalize transactions and meet sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment within Low Yat Plaza, demonstrating punctuality and reliability for this full-time, onsite position.
Familiarity with the Malaysian market and customer base is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets within the computer hardware and software market.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored technology solutions.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the technical features and benefits of our computer systems and peripherals.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and proposals to close sales effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales customer experience, addressing any technical queries or issues.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge and provide expert advice.
Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and forecast future sales performance.
