Requirements
- Preferably able to read and understand Mandarin.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/influencer management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Able to analyze data and track campaign performance metrics.
- Existing network of KOLs, influencers, or affiliate partners is an added advantage.
- Experience in home & living, bedding, or related consumer products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of content that drives conversions and sales, not just views or engagement.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada (Search Ads, Discovery Ads, and Affiliate Ads).
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize campaign performance.
- Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the best ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CVR, and implement continuous optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Operations team to execute promotional campaigns, including mega sales, vouchers, bundles, and other marketing initiatives.
- Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis to:
- Identify high-performing and profitable products.
- Detect underperforming campaigns and optimize advertising spend.
- Continuously optimize:
- Keywords
- Bidding strategies
- Audience targeting
- Propose and execute scaling strategies to maximize the performance of successful campaigns.
