• Lead and manage the daily operations of the karaoke lounge, ensuring a seamless and high-quality entertainment experience for all guests.

• Host karaoke sessions with energy and charisma, engaging guests, managing song requests, and maintaining a lively atmosphere.

• Develop and implement creative event concepts and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones, aligning with the company's premium entertainment and lifestyle brand.

• Oversee sound and lighting systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and contributing to a concert-grade karaoke experience.

• Train and mentor junior KJ staff, imparting best practices in hosting, customer service, and technical operations.

• Manage inventory of karaoke song library, ensuring a diverse and up-to-date selection across various genres and languages (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia).

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and social media content that highlights the unique live karaoke experience offered by KJ Live Star Holdings.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and licensing requirements within the venue.

• Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
