Herb & Fashion Sdn Bhd, a leading company in the TCM and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of new business development.

In this role, your primary mission will be to tap into the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) market in KL. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential partners, building strategic collaborations, and organizing impactful events to elevate our brand presence.

• Market Expansion: Actively source, pitch, and develop new business opportunities within the KL TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) sector.

• Partnership Acquisition: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners, practitioners, and key stakeholders.

• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B/B2C wellness events, roadshows, or seminars to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Sales & Strategy: Achieve monthly business targets through effective negotiation and tailored partnership proposals.
