Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred
Proficient in English/Mandarin as this role requires to speak with internal hiring manager from China stakeholders.
Preferably at least 2 years’ recruitment experience specializing in Recruitment within the retail industry/F&B industry/recruitment agency in mass hiring
Proficient in using job boards and social media recruitment tools to attract top talent.
Strong ability to work independently and proactively as well as collaborate within a team.
Prefer short notice candidate

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, reference checks, and onboarding.
Develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines to support business growth.
Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.
Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness.
Support employer branding activities, career fairs, and partnerships with universities, vocational institutions, and recruitment agencies.
HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding.
Prepare and analyze attendance, payroll raw data, and manpower reports to support workforce planning, payroll processing, and business decision-making.
Maintain HRIS, employee records, attendance, and headcount reports.
Handle employee relations matter and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
Coordinate performance reviews, training programs, and HRDF claims.
Analyze HR and labor cost data and recommend improvements.
Support HR projects, digitalization initiatives, and employer branding activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations in Retail Industry/F&B industry/Recruitment Agency
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and mass hiring
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in retail industry is an added advantage.
