Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Must be able to read and write in Mandarin due to needs of dealing with employees from China
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and worker visa processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage all HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.
Oversee recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and handling onboarding.
Support employee visa applications, ensure immigration compliance, and assist with related inquiries.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee hostel matters & facilities.
Identify training needs, organize development programs, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations.
Collect and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports for management, and support strategic decision-making.
Organize staff engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and events.
