Requirements
Software Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic construction methods and materials.
Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
Work Attitude: Responsible, meticulous, and able to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
Technical Drafting: Prepare and refine detailed construction drawings and floor plans using AutoCAD.
Site Coordination: Apply basic construction knowledge to ensure designs are feasible and comply with industry standards.
Project Support: Assist in managing project documentation and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
Liaison: Communicate effectively with team members and external parties in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
