Job Responsibilities
Process and manage daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms.
Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped out on time every day.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and billing statements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to ensure sufficient inventory.
Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional information on e-commerce platforms.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer service support.
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and inventory.
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or above.
Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
Able to prepare quotations, invoices, and billing statements accurately.
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong sense of accountability and commitment to ensure daily orders are completed on time.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
Experience in e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
