Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
Candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and the solar industry are welcome.
Basic knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical systems, or renewable energy solutions will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn about solar and energy solutions.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for customer visits, site visits, and business meetings.
Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience or exposure to the solar, electrical, engineering, or renewable energy industries will have an added advantage.
Possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to continuously improve and move forward.
Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply, as training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and approach potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial, or government sectors).
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Customer Consultation
- Meet with customers to understand their energy consumption, needs, and budget.
- Educate customers on solar energy systems, benefits, costs, return on investment (ROI), and available incentives.
- Conduct preliminary site assessments or coordinate with technical teams for detailed evaluations.
Sales Presentations & Proposals
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
- Explain solar system designs, equipment specifications, warranties, and financing options.
- Develop customized quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
Negotiation & Closing Sales
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment arrangements.
- Address customer objections and concerns.
- Secure signed contracts and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
