Requirements
Education: Possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector is a distinct advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—friendly, confident, and highly persuasive.
o Basic knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided.
o Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly resilient under target-driven pressure.
Working Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent collaboration within a team environment.
Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
• Proactively identify and connect with new customers through digital marketing, social media platforms, cold calling, and strategic networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by leveraging personal networks and client referrals.
• Execute targeted marketing initiatives to promote the company’s range of financial and loan services.
2. Client Advisory & Loan Management
• Guide and assist customers through the end-to-end bank loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend the most suitable financial packages or loan services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by following up closely on application statuses and resolving any client queries promptly.
3. Sales Performance & Administration
• Meet or exceed individual and team monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all leads, client interactions, and application statuses in the company database or CRM system.
