Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting Proficient in accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Conduct financial analysis to identify business trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on schedule Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure all journal entries and accruals are correctly recorded Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for consistent reporting practices Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation
