Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Possess own transport and valid driving licence
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6.30pm)
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments and daily business operations
- Maintain CRM records, client follow-ups, policy reviews & renewals
- Coordinate team activities, training sessions and company events
- Support business projects, marketing initiatives and social media content (Bonus!)
