Requirements
Minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Possess own transport and valid driving licence
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6.30pm)
Responsibilities
Support daily business operations, administrative tasks and executive coordination
Maintain and update client records, CRM systems and follow-up activities
Coordinate appointments, meetings, events, training sessions and business projects
Prepare reports, proposals, presentations and business documentation
Assist in client servicing, policy reviews, renewals and customer support
Support team communication, onboarding activities and business growth initiatives
