We are expanding our team and currently hiring for multiple positions — Senior MechanicandMechanic.

JOB TITLE: SENIOR MECHANIC

Salary Range: RM5,000 – RM8,000 (Based on Experience)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a relevant industry

• Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic tools. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology (preferred, but not required)

• Communication: both written and verbal, for working with team members, service advisor, and supervisors.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles.

• Familiarity with industry-specific software or diagnostic tools.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

JOB TITLE: MECHANIC

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (Based on Experience)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in automotive repair or servicing

• Basic knowledge of car diagnostics, mechanical and electrical systems

• Experience working with continental or high-performance vehicles is an advantage

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology (preferred, but not required)

• Able to work independently and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

JOB TITLE: SENIOR MECHANIC

Job Summary:

The Senior Mechanic is responsible for leading and performing complex mechanical repairs and maintenance on machinery, vehicles, or equipment. They ensure that all repairs and maintenance work meet safety standards, company guidelines, and quality requirements. The Senior Mechanic also mentors and trains junior mechanics, leads troubleshooting efforts, and coordinates repair schedules to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Repair and Maintenance:

• Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical issues, identify problems, and determine the best course of action for repairs.

• Ensure all repairs are performed in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

• Inspect and test equipment, identifying areas for preventative maintenance.

• Experience working with continental or high-performance vehicles is an advantage

2. Leadership and Supervision:

• Lead and mentor junior mechanics and apprentices, providing guidance and training on repair techniques and safety procedures.

• Oversee the work of other mechanics to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Delegate tasks and manage repair schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.

3. Troubleshooting:

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues and system failures.

• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex mechanical problems.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment status.

• Complete reports detailing the work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for future maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

JOB TITLE: MECHANIC

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Porsche and other continental vehicles

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics using scan tools and troubleshoot issues accurately

• Repair or replace faulty components such as brakes, suspension, engine parts, and electrical systems

• Assist with performance upgrades and tuning when required

• Ensure all work is completed to safety and quality standards

• Keep tools and work area clean, organized, and properly maintained

• Coordinate with the team and follow workshop procedures

• Report any issues or parts requirements to the supervisor

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
