Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Take orders, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness of the café.

Assist with food preparation, stock replenishment, and daily opening/closing duties.

Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.

Work closely with team members to create a welcoming customer experience.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and tea preparation tools with proper care and cleanliness.

Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and recommend menu items when appropriate.

Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Assist in basic food preparation, plating, and serving while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, dining area, kitchen, equipment, and wash area in accordance with food safety standards.

Perform daily opening and closing duties, including machine calibration, restocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and report shortages or quality issues to supervisors.

Ensure all products are prepared and served in compliance with company recipes, SOPs, and service standards.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Support team members during peak hours and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.

Follow all workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies.
