OD Mediatech Sdn Bhd provides manpower support to the official dealer for ACGAS in Melaka, assisting in day-to-day operations and overall business activities within the region.
Job Description
- Assist and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, pantry supplies, and stationery inventory.
- Coordinate with external service providers for utility renewals and office equipment upkeep.
- Manage the general email account for the ACGAS Melaka branch and handle inbound/outbound communications.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of sales reports and related documentation.
- Provide support for the onboarding process, including preparing materials and coordinating for new hires.
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records and documentation with high confidentiality.
- Monitor the daily attendance system and manage employee leave applications.
- Assist in processing basic claims, petty cash, and simple monthly administrative reports.
- Ensure compliance with company office policies and health and safety standards.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as required by management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage office logistics and inventory.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, including attendance tracking and onboarding support.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle financial records like petty cash and claims accurately.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to support various departments.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
