Requirements
Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate
Proficient in spoken english
At least 1 year working Experience in F&B industry.
Experienced wait person / customer service personnel from western restaurants or hotels are added advantage.
Able to work in non-halal environment (pork-free, serve alcohol)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mission
Complete all tasks given and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key outcomes
Know Maria’s products thoroughly, including food, beverage (product knowledge and preparation), and promotions.
Complete all daily tasks in check list and prep list.
Complete all weekly cleaning and maintenance list
Follow all the rules and regulations of the company.
Understand and follow all SOPs set by the company, including waiter scripts, cleaning procedures, table setting, etc.
Read comprehensively on beef steaks and have an Intermediate knowledge.
Build good relationships with customers.
