Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
1–5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (depending on seniority).
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs).
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment purchases.
Track orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, quality problems, or invoice discrepancies.
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, warehouse, finance, and project teams.
Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
