Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Property Management, or related fields.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in retail management, tenant relations, shopping mall marketing, or related fields.
Experience in a multi-site or regional support role is highly preferred.
Prior experience in an agency environment (preferably well-established agencies) with exposure to client servicing is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret portfolio-wide data and identify trends.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across different locations simultaneously.
Proficient in developing process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate group objectives into actionable regional programs.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of regional tenant relations strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze tenant performance, feedback, retention rates, and portfolio trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Research industry best practices and introduce innovative tenant engagement initiatives.
Assist in planning and managing budgets for tenant relations programs.
Develop and maintain tenant relations toolkits, templates, communication materials, onboarding resources, and feedback mechanisms.
Create and standardize SOPs, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure consistency across all malls.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Serve as a key point of contact and advisor for mall-based Tenant Relations and Marketing teams.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across different mall teams.
Lead and coordinate portfolio-wide initiatives such as tenant appreciation events, sales campaigns, and recognition programs.
Work closely with mall teams to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives.
Monitor project performance and evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
