Requirements
Minimum Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification required.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in handling or managing foreign worker matters will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel.
Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
Based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
OFFICE ADMINISRATION
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Manage office documents, filing systems, and record keeping.
Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
Answer phone calls, emails, and attend to general enquiries.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
Monitor and order office supplies and stationery.
Assist in data entry and maintaining company records.
Support staff with administrative requests and office-related matters.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external parties when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
FOREIGN WORKER ADMINISTRATION
Handle foreign worker documentation and records.
Manage work permit, passport, insurance, and FOMEMA renewals.
Liaise with government agencies (JIM, JTK, PERKESO) and embassies.
Assist with payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and claims.
Arrange flight tickets and travel matters for foreign workers.
Coordinate the recruitment and importation of foreign workers.
Ensure compliance with regulations related to foreign worker employment.
