Requirements

Job Summary

K Bunsik is looking for an experienced and professional kitchen team member to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality and safety standards, and support the smooth running of the kitchen. We will continue interviewing candidates until we find the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily kitchen operations.

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

• Monitor kitchen organization and ensure an efficient workflow.

• Manage inventory, stock control, and place orders for kitchen supplies.

• Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation and kitchen procedures.

• Assign daily tasks and provide clear work instructions to the kitchen team.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.

• Work closely with management to improve kitchen operations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
