Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Having experience in related field.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
  • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gamma, or image generation tools is an advantage.
  • Able to conduct research, understand project requirements, and prepare presentations, as well as develop, propose, and execute ideas effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Research destinations, hotels, attractions, restaurants, and unique experiences for incentive travel programs.
  • Identify new travel trends, emerging destinations, and innovative event concepts.
  • Develop creative themes, storylines, and concepts for corporate incentive trips and events.
  • Create visually appealing proposal decks, mood boards, key visuals, and presentation materials.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and supporting proposal content for client presentations.
  • Support the sales team in proposal preparation and client presentations.
  • Create marketing and promotional content for social media, websites, EDMs, and corporate materials.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gamma, Canva AI, and other productivity tools to enhance research, content creation, and proposal development.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to ensure product innovation and market relevance.
  • Ensure all proposal materials are delivered accurately and within deadlines
