Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
Able to work in shift including weekend and public holiday
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via email, and chat, providing timely and efficient solutions
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide comprehensive assistance to resolve problems
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
