Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records and documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and screening resumes.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee files.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
