Role Overview
The Customer Service Agent will manage customer inquiries for ChargeSini via phone, email, and chat. The role requires strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and the capacity to work on rotating shifts. You will ensure customers receive timely and accurate support while maintaining high service standards and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from ChargeSini users.
• Assist with EV charging issues, account inquiries, payments, and app-related support.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant team.
• Monitor ongoing cases to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Update and document all interactions in the system accurately.
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards at all times.
• Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on roster.
Work Arrangement Shifts
Hybrid: Office + Work From Home Location: Serdang (Nearby MRT Serdang Raya Utara)
Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM — Work From Home • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Work From Office Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM • 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM — Work From Office • 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM — Work From Home Workdays: • Rotational roster (7 days/week) • 2 off days per week (rotational)
