The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving enquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Full training and clear SOPs will be provided to help you build your customer service skills and grow your career in the BPO industry.

Handle inbound customer calls and assist with customer enquiries
Provide accurate information and solutions based on customer needs
Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate information in the system
Escalate complex issues when required
