• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Public Relations, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation is an advantage.

• Passionate about social media trends and digital marketing.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets when required.

Influencer & Social Media Marketing

• Research and identify suitable TikTok influencers, food reviewers, and content creators for marketing campaigns across multiple brands under VINSOON GROUP.

• Coordinate influencer collaborations, restaurant visits, reviews, and promotional activities.

• Build and maintain influencer and media contact databases at google sheets.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide basic insights and recommendations.

• Ensure timely communication, content alignment, and follow-up on deliverables.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for various F&B brands within the group.

• Coordinate content schedules, promotions, and social media activities.

• Work closely with outlet operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Assist with event setup, materials, and on-ground coordination when needed.

Content & Social Media

• Stay updated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.

• Assist in content planning, copywriting, and content coordination.

• Support photo shoots, video shoots, and content creation activities.

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external partners when required.

Events & Activations

• Assist in organizing marketing events, media visits, influencer gatherings, and outlet launches.

• Provide on-site support during campaigns and promotional events.

• Help prepare campaign and event reports.

General Marketing Duties

• Support day-to-day marketing activities for multiple brands.

• Maintain marketing records, campaign documents, and collaboration details.

• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

• Working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm)
