Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early intervention.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation.

Experience with special needs children is a plus.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for young children with developmental delays or disabilities.

Provide direct instruction and therapeutic interventions to children in a small group or one-on-one setting.

Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development at home.

Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, attendance, and communication with families.

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early intervention.
