Requirements
● Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
● At least 1–2 years of experiencein live streaming operations, e-commerce operations, or a related function, preferably with exposure toTikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Lazada LIVE.
● Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, WFO 100%, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as live session shifting schedules require.
● Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well, and all of the recruitment processes will be conducted in English as well.
● Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; for engaging with broader audiences.
● Strong understanding of e-commerce backend tools, live streaming dashboards, and basic performance metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion rate, viewer retention).
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and stock monitoring; familiarity with OMS or ERP systems is a plus.
● Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams (host, marketing, product, warehouse, customer service).
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure environments during peak campaigns such as double dates, payday sales, and platform mega-campaigns.
Responsibilities
● Coordinate end-to-end live streaming sessions across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada LIVE, including scheduling, slot booking, and platform registration.
● Prepare and verify all pre-live materials: product listings, pricing, vouchers, flash sale setup, banners, and live overlays.
● Manage stock readiness and pricing alignment with the warehouse, product, and finance teams to prevent OOS (out-of-stock) and pricing mismatches during live sessions.
● Support the host team with scripts, talking points, product information sheets, and real-time backend assistance during live sessions.
● Monitor live performance metrics (viewers, GMV, CTR, drop-off, conversion) and provide real-time troubleshooting to optimize ongoing sessions.
● Compile post-live reports and performance analysis, identifying trends, learnings, and recommendations for future sessions.
● Coordinate with platform PIC (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada) to confirm campaign slots, marketing placements, and ROAS targets.
● Lead major campaign execution including pre-heat content, customer broadcasts, ads budget allocation, and cross-team alignment.
● Ensure smooth communication with CS, fulfillment, and finance teams to resolve order issues, refund requests, or post-sale escalations triggered during live sessions.
● Continuously improve operational SOPs to enhance efficiency and live session output.
