What You’ll Be Doing:
Affiliate & KOL Sourcing
- Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates and KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, focusing on creators whose audiences align with the company's brand portfolio.
- Continuously expand and maintain a pipeline of creators and affiliates across diverse content categories and audience segments.
Affiliate Lifecycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, campaign briefing, content guidelines, performance monitoring, and commission processing.
- Maintain accurate affiliate databases and tracking systems to ensure effective campaign management, reporting accuracy, and timely payouts.
Partnership Management & Negotiation
- Negotiate campaign terms, fees, and commission structures with affiliates and KOLs while balancing budget efficiency and maximizing ROI (Return of Investment).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key creators and top-performing affiliates to secure preferred partnerships and ongoing collaborations.
Affiliate Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute affiliate campaigns across TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and Lazada Affiliate programs in alignment with major brand campaigns and platform mega-events.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Live Streaming teams to coordinate joint live sessions, KOL co-hosting initiatives, and cross-promotional activities.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including code usage, click-through rates, conversion attribution, and GMV performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize campaign ROI by reallocating budgets to high-performing affiliates, refining commission structures, and implementing improvement plans for underperforming partnerships.
Creator Economy & Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of creator economy trends by monitoring competitor KOL activities, identifying emerging creators, and tracking platform algorithm updates.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to ensure the company's affiliate strategy remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with evolving social commerce trends.
