Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Customer-oriented, polite, responsible, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Experience in automotive or service centre is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers at the service centre (walk-in & calls)

  • Arrange service appointments and follow up on bookings

  • Provide clear explanations on vehicle service and maintenance

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop team

  • Maintain accurate customer records and service
