Requirements
High school diploma or equivalenty
Proven customer service experience preferred(1 - 2 years experience), but fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose customer issues and provide effective solutions to resolve problems
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes
