Support project management by administering site documentation and purchase orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless coordination with site personnel and head office to drive compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in a related administrative or site-based role.
Previous experience in construction administration or site work is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Support project managers with schedules, reports, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
