任职资格
Candidate must possess at least Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Construction or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of working experience relevant to construction would be added advantage
Extensive knowledge and competent in Malaysian Construction Management activities
Possess sound knowledge and experience in feasibility studies, project planning, tendering process, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liaison
Familiar and well verse with architectural, civil/structural, mechanical & electrical drawings, specifications, building by-laws and requirements
Computer literate and excel in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD
Skills required: Project Management, Budgeting, Construction Methods, Contract Management and Team Leadership
岗位职责
Lead & manage the project team to complete assigned project(s) in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with the safety and high standard quality
To coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and attend site meeting
Preparing & submitting tender document and proposal
Prepare reports & documentation on project progress
Prepare BQ/quotation
Prepare project costing and budget control
Analyze and resolve issues related to project such as cost implications, emergencies or delay of work
Ensure defects and complaints during hand over and defect liability period are properly handled and controlled
