Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying and contract administration.
- Preferred good written and communication skill in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the BQ
- Monitoring the VO, if any
- Preparing the claims / final accounts up & down stream
- Preparing report, analysis, cost
- To certify on work done / valuation on subcontractor’s claim
- To perform taking off / measurement from drawings or onsite
- To check on drawings and discrepancies of drawings (actual drawing against drawing checklist)
- To call for quotation / enquiries and justify on pre-contract and post-contract works
- To compile and prepare (where relevant) submission for tender
