Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software
• Good understanding of residential interior design and space planning
• Knowledge of carpentry detailing and material specifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits
Responsibilities
• Meet clients to understand their requirements and design preferences
• Prepare space planning, mood boards, and design proposals
• Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with sales team, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Prepare material selections and specifications
• Ensure projects are delivered according to design intent and timeline
• Handle revisions and resolve design-related issues
