Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above

Experience in the FMCG sales market; willingness to learn is encouraged

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Excellent time management skills

Preferred license GDL, company vehicle provided

Manage overall sales performance and drive sales to achieve targets and company objectives within the designated territory

Develop innovative strategies to maximize sales and profit margins

Plan, coordinate, and implement sales promotions

Address customer and distributor trade issues, complaints, and operational matters

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and marketing strategies; provide market intelligence reports to the General Manager

Gather client/distributor feedback and implement necessary improvements

Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management
