1. 5–10 years of Java backend development experience, with a solid foundation in concurrency and JVM tuning;

2. Proficient in Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, with familiarity with microservices, gateways, and registration centers (Nacos);

3. Proficient in MySQL (indexing/SQL optimization), Redis, Kafka/MQ, and ElasticSearch;

4. Familiar with Docker, CI/CD (Drone/Jenkins), distributed transactions, and production troubleshooting;

5. Must have experience with AI-assisted development; proficient in using GPT and Claude for coding, code reviews, SQL/API generation, and documentation;

6. Good command in English and Mandarin.

Bonus Points

• Experience with high-concurrency/high-traffic systems; xxl-job, distributed transactions;

• Experience integrating large-model APIs, RAG, or implementing AI engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the architectural design, development, and maintenance of backend services, ensuring high availability, high concurrency, and data consistency;

2. Lead system architecture design, interface definition, and database design;

3. Optimize service performance, troubleshoot and resolve production issues;

4. Promote engineering standards, automation, and code quality, and mentor team members.
